My recent service visit was great! I dropped off my car and was helped right away. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet. The appointment was less than an hour and a half (the estimated time they told me). All service members were kind and communicative. I’m so glad I chose to buy a new Volkswagen and have this dealership close by!

Excellent experience. I knew what I wanted and coordinated my visit via the website. My salesperson had the vehicle I wanted to see waiting for me. Took it for a test drive, came back, got straight down to business. He quickly got me to where I wanted to be and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. The finance manager tried the typical upsell but realized I wasn't interested and quickly moved on to finalizing the deal. The entire deal from start to finish was very smooth.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Germain VW in Columbus. We traveled all the way from Cincinnati after thorough discussions and even a FaceTime inspection on a Used Atlas with Jacob. Once we arrived we found hail damage on the car, which was never disclosed. The GM Adam & Sales Manager Derek refused to fairly negotiate or even acknowledge their mistake. I recently moved to Ohio and took my Passat to Nick for a service. He reviewed all my records and set up the appropriate service. It was a big one so I was there most of the day. He was very helpful, thorough and kept me informed including something that came up and needed to be replaced. Germain and VW are lucky to have him and I will certainly use him for all my future service needs.

He provided me with all of the document requirements and ensured the process was smooth. This place must hire a service that buffs up their ratings, because there's no way they're really getting 4-5 stars. Having been very pleased when we used Hatfield for routine service on our 2013 Beetle, we included them when considering purchasing a new 2019 Beetle - the last year of production until VW reintroduces this iconic car probably in an electric version.

I had an awesome experience with Chris and the entire staff in the service department. Explained what needed to be done and how my warranty worked. They even transferred all of my belongings from the loaner vehicle to my vehicle when I picked it up. Very courteous and friendly.
Glenn Worley was my salesperson, he was friendly and pretty just took information from me, and he did not show me anything in the car. The Sales manager, Matt, was courteous, but could be much more professional by shaving, his large beard does not present a professional image. Dave was awesome and helped me get into the exact Tiguan (exterior color, model, and interior color) I wanted. He also made sure that I wasn't going to be paying any more for the Tiguan that I did on my last VW. Sales staff was very professional and got me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. Very happy with this experience and I will definitely be back for my next purchase in 2022.
I had a very pleasant experience with all the staff in the service department that I dealt with at Hatfield VW! I even saw my salesman, Adam, and he offered again to help, if I needed anything. I was told it would take about an hour for the service and it did, The cashier was very helpful and the price was a little less than quoted, which is always a pleasant surprise.
Hatfield VW is the worst! I’d suggests avoiding this dealership at all cost. Their advertising and sales practices are misleading. They publish advertising with incorrect specials and pictures that do not match the trim level or model year of the car that’s being advertised. I could understand infrequent mistakes, but in the couple months that I’ve been getting ads via direct mail, email, and their online specials they have had so many mistakes that it seems like they are on purpose to generate sales leads. Very professional and Vehicle is exactly what was asked for. Could not be happier with the decision to purchase a 2018 Atlas. Called on a Saturday morning drove 3 hours and drove home with vehicle. Again perfection.
James Alexander was very thorough and friendly and knowledgable about my questions. Answered everything. The scheduled oil change went well, of course. and purchase and installation of new wipers was much needed.
I bought a new VW Tiguan Limited 2017 with 58 miles and two weeks later the check engine lighted up. Hatfield VW Service told me that the Intake Valve needed to be replaced. Can you imagine what could happen next with this "new" vehicle?
I am stuck in a 60 month loan having to pay a prime price for a car that's not worth it. I contacted Hatfield VW, Volkswagen of America and Capital One Auto Loan and they didn't care about the worthless car they sold me.

Had I gone with their "expert" mechanic recommendations, I would be $5,000+ in repairs that would not have fixed the problem. Because I questioned for weeks what they said they thought "might" be the problem and pushed for more definitive answers, they finally found a frayed wire as the culprit. Still ended up paying $457 for a wire and a car wash. Kind of like getting a hip replacement for an ingrown toenail. Their policy appears to be starting with the most expensive approach. Columbus Ohio folks beware of Hatfield VW!
I have shopped at many dealerships and can not stand a pushy sales person. This place is amazing, knowledgeable staff and so easy to deal with. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Adam made it so nice and stress free. I will definitely shop here in the future.

VW had a tire sale and although I have never purchased new tires at a dealership before, what could go wrong. Well how about when you go to pick up the car you look and go, those are not new tires! O yea they had great tread on them but they where not new! They were a dark grey color (uv washed out ) very dirty and the nubs found on new tires were worn off. Nothing but great stuff from Hatfield VW! I drove up on a Saturday morning to test drive a certified used 2012 GTI. My sales associate, Kevin, was able to tell me things about the car that I would have never thought about asking.
After I decided to purchase the car, everything was a very smooth and as a final polish, they called in a driver to follow me back to my house so that I could take delivery that day, instead of waiting until Monday, when the drivers normally available at the dealership.

I bought two cars in 2012. One was new civic from Lindsay Honda which was the worst car buying experience for me. The other one was used VW Jetta from here and I must say Hatfield representatives are super friendly and transparent about car dealing. Recently I took my car there for minor repairs. They did through check at free of cost. I got great discount on my repairs as returning customer.
I would definately recommend hatfield to everyone. They were awesome gave me the pay off for my trade in that I wanted and gave me a good price on my mazda 6 they even fill up your gas tank before you drive your new car home. I have used Stan Carter 2 times and will Definately recommend him.
NOT HAPPY. Took car in for an oil change and fuel filter change, get my AC recharged and have the cabin air filter changed and see what the "rattling noise" was with the fan...general check up.
